Comfort level seems pretty close, diff should be power.
02 300 HP, approx 500 ft/lbs torque 4 speed automatic
07 360 HP, approx 650 ft/lbs torque 6 speed auto/manual

Only has 240 miles on it...so I'm not kickin it yet.
