Potential Mountain Cruise No.2

Hey All.... yesterday I did a dryrun for a potential "club mountain cruise". We went from Canton GA area up to Helen GA and did the "Russell-Brasstown National Scenic Byway" (about a 40 mile loop out of Helen). Total drive up and back from Canton was about 170 miles and under 6 hours of drive-time. We added another 2.5 hours for stops/lunch. If there is enough interest from club members I'll put together detailed info/directions/map as we did for the cruise to Amicaolola Falls. The drive/road conditions were excellent as was the colors. Located a place to stay overnight (for those interested), a great place to have picnic with great parking, etc. Reply to this thread if you're interested. This may be a trip that we schedule for early spring.

I'm all for it too!! Me and some friends are thinking of doing a mtn cruise this coming weekend. Its so short notice, thats why I didnt post it for the club. If it happens, all are welcome!
