i am planning on being there , i don't know if we will bring both cars or just mine. i talked to a few friends of mine and a couple of them are going to come. one of them has a '02 SS and he is going to try to get his brother to come out also (his brother has a SRT4 w/ Mopar Stage 3 package , about 350hp). which Sonic is the meet @? the one on 6th Ave. or the one on the beltline?

It's the one on 6th. The Stay Lodge is on 31 right after beltline on the left. The Hardees there has a gravel lot behind it, that's where I'm unloadin. Gonna leave there at 1:30. Can yall meet me there, I'm unsure how to get to 6th.

Wanted to meet the guys, I'm sure we will get together and the track this friday would be nice, just need directions. It's cool man. Police were bad in Decatur . One rolled thru Hardees looking me down as I was pullin the Maro off the trailor, then he kept riding up n down the road in front of it like he was waitin on me. We turned a few heads on the ride across town tho. Bizkit hollered at me this mornin, he wants to join up so he can get a shirt and windshield logo. He's gonna try to get to the track friday also.

In the July heat and humidity it outran a phone call:rolleyes:
The 1st pass ever it went 8.50 @ 83mph in the 1/8th on pump gas spinning the 1st 30'. Going back to track friday to lower that number a good bit

i wish i could go to the track this friday , but my waterpump started leaking yesterday toast and i can't order my new electric pump until Tuesday. hopefully the weather will be nice next Friday and i can take it down and see if being able to turn on the waterpump and fans in the pits will help me net some new best times shiftin

You'll see some best times with that, being able to cool off quickly in staging before the pass. I'm getting a Moroso waterpump drive for mine for the same reason

i'm hoping to get a few other things done while i'm putting the water pump on , then get some Nitto 555R drag radials , put the bottle on it and hopehully knock down a 8.0 or 7.9
