Well, got the governor from Jakeshoe (NastyZ28) yesterday. Put it in last night and took her for a spin...only went...maybe 30 miles round trip, but I felt no slippage at all...WOOTWOOTWOOT
I'll take out today for another cruise after work, and see how she does. My back is trashed today...

Great news! The back thing is one of the things that keeps me from rolling around under the car as much. That and this freaking heat you Georgians call summer...

No biggie (the back)...been dealing with it off and on for 15 years...neck's pretty stiff today, but it'll loosen up again...

We need to do a fundraiser to finance the " SoutheastCamaroZ Performance " garage, complete with a lift, AC, and all.
What kind of fluid did you go with? Do you have a trans cooler on it?
torval

No cooler...Valvoline fluid...
Well, put about 70 miles or so on it yesterday...no problems at all!! Gotta tune her up now...seems to wanna miss. She spends a lot of time idling in the driveway...with way too rich idle mixture...gotta quit that.
Anyway, it seems like she's back on the road....again, a huge thanks to Jakeshoe!!

Jim, Back problems aren't too bad. It's when you have front problems...that's when you know you're in trouble!!!
