Had one of those in my past, it set the seed for my love of the Fcars. Was midnight blue w/ light blue interior,t-tops, 350/4bolt (after the 305 blew up), M4, and bebadged with the spoiler. Those cars are a ton of fun. :cool:

Unsure at this point. I was in a hurry when i posted that yesterday, trying to get to work. My sons and I were riding around and I spotted it sittin in the weeds. The car is a little rough, missin the front seats, but the rest is all there. The owner said he had no title due to an alcohol induced arguement (title got burned with a lighter 4 yrs ago). I got it for $125 so I didn't go wrong either way. I'm gonna send off 4 lost title n if it goes well it'll prob be my daughter's 1st car. Gonna run the #'s today to see exactly what it had on it orig. Worse case it will be a parts palace for my other one cause it's got almost all the pcs I need to finish mine up( window chrome, column, bracing,etc.

Been runnin #'s. The build date on the trim tag is 01b ( 2nd week of jan ) of 79. The engine assem date is Jan 21, 79' ( k0121 suffix ) in St. Cathrines, Ontario at McKinnon Ind. The intake is an alum 4bbl w/ a qjet, #'s go with 78' to 85' camaros. The VIN says it came with a 2bbl. Recon it was a dealer install? Engine still has orig wire looms, heat shields, valve cover tabs, etc. Carb #'s indecate it was built on the 346th day of 80'. The intake & carb prob got swapped by someone. The engine being 1 week off is odd, should be the other way around. :confused: What yall think?

FWIW, we had swapped the rochester 2bbl to a holley 4bbl. Seemed to be the mod to do back in the day. Maybe they swapped too? Car ran better IMO w/ the 2bbl.
