HI all,
Sorry I have been out Work has been nuts ,and I have Been doing a lot of work on the Camaro....
It all started with that Nice golf ball sized hail we got a few months back in AL.
It trashed my fiberglass hood ,front bumper ,and Vert top. I got it all replaced at Rod's custom here in AL. They did a really good job. I got a new paint job ,hood ,and front bumper.
Then all at once the A/c compressor ,and clutch went out on me and locked up. I got that repaired then a few weeks later i started noticing the clutch was starting to growl at me ,and run rough. took it to my repair guy and when he pulled the tranny down I had them check it out. well they showed me that 1-2 slider 2 gear ,and the main rod was bad. 2ed gear was eaten up bad ,and the 5-6th gears on the shaft hardly had teeth left.
So after a new clutch ,tranny gears ,A/c compressor/clutch ,vert top
,front bumper ,Brakes ,right rear caliper ,paint ,and about $3-4,000.00 I almost have a bran new 95 Z-28 ! lol toast
There is still one more thing i need to fix though I think. I am thinking the SLP cold air induction is hooked up wrong. I might be wrong but I really think it is hooked up wrong.
I will post another thread about it if you all want to post some pics to show me how urs is hooked up that would be most helpful.
