Hey guys -- I am getting close to replacing my stock plug wires. Any ideas? Stay with stock GM parts for my essentially stock LS1 set-up or something else?? Thanks.:)

What you are looking at stay stock :D

I would start with cam, headers GMMG chambered exhaust ,lowering springs biltstein shocks, brake upgrade new BFG force KD and Rims Subframe connectors, strut tower brace had enough yet:D

Tom, I'm using Taylor wires. They are huge. Haven't had any problems. I've used their wires on a few of my vehicles.

I've run taylors for 13 years, never a problem in any set. I run one set of msd's on my Camaro w/ a HEI. The boots on the msd's are trick, thick, and they mold MSD ignition on the plug end. Looks great and are also bout 25.00 more. Now i'm running Taylors on a Mallory Unilite, Hifire box, MSD soft touch and a blaster 2:cool:

Thank you Dean and Mister Outlaw. The internet price on the ones I posted were about $70 +s/h. Does the 8.2 refer to diameter of wires in mm? And are the 10.4's better?? Kinda like it if they were red. Dean -- yours red?

Yeah Deans are Red. The 8.2 and 10.4 does stand for the diameter in mm. No bigger is not better, some just offer more shielding, not really a most have. I have the 8.5 MSD, these are red too. Both are good wires!

8.2mm is plenty for a stock ignition. If you got a 6al or hotter box the 10's would be better. the 10's look sweet tho. i have no idea how they are on radio noise
