Southeast CamaroZ Meeting - Northside Chapter: 02/17/2007
The second meeting of the Northside Chapter was held Saturday, February 17 at Chili's at the Mall of Georgia. Five members and three guests attended the luncheon meeting on a cold, windy yet sunny day.
President Greg Webb led the meeting which included discussions on the developing logo design (working on v.13); dues (estimate now is $30/yr); incorporation (Lynne is checking out paperwork); a special combined chapter meeting (Andretti GoKarts in Roswell); and, regular Northside meeting place will remain at Chili's for time being.
Greg and Rodney are checking out the GoKart venue for a special March meeting.
Bruce's red 1970 z/28 won an award a recent car show, was on the cover of a Camaro magazine, and scored 998 points at the show. Tip-of-the-hat!
Matt has a new Camaro on the way. The Flamaro is dead. More next month on the new Camaro.
Several club member cars are for sale. Bruce has his '95 red z/28 for sale in the $16K range; it includes $12K in documented mods, has 94K miles, and is a 995 (approx) point car. Zach has his '79 z/28 for sale. It is white, has been partially restored, has many new parts, and has a 350 Vortec motor. Asking price is in $7K range.
