Well, Greg showed up about 10:30 and we chewed the fat for a while but jumped on it. We were setting up all the parts and noticed the huge dent in the bottom of the new tank. I was OK with the dent but the sender would not fit in the tank with the dent. I called NPD and they are sending out a call tag for the old one and they will send out a new one but nonetheless disappointing. I did'nt notice the dent at all untill today. Anyway, it was productive. The car now has new brakes on all four corners. Greg found a problem with the drivers side front bearing. It appears it was getting ready to fail. Thanks a ton Greg. I watched and learned and now I feel confident on doing rear drum brakes in the future. It was great to spend a day working on the car with someone to talk to and who knew what they were doing. I did however become a official member of southeastcamaroz though and got to meet Randy. Not sure of your screen name. That was a real nice Formula. We heard you leave for a while.

So, sorry Kenny and Jeff. Other than stopping here to get those parts from Steve it may be a waste of time to stop here. I was thinking though, if you guys are up for it we could at least install the carb and possibly bottle feed it to adjust it but dont you have to have the car warm to make all the adjustments? Oh well, if the carb can at least get installed and plumbed and all the proper connections made it wont be a waste.

Well, thanks again Greg, I owe you. Now I need to put some ice on my shoulder and relax. I'll let you know when the new tank gets here.

You should get a dealer brochure, a manual, and anything else that would have come in the glove box and display that manual with it all.

Actually I do have an original 1975 Camaro dealer brochure and shop manuals. May have some other stuff too but I would have to do digging for it.
